I have a good-sized shop, and I’m torn between framing half of it out as an ADU and turning in into a big greenhouse. It’s 24×48 feet. This has me thinking maybe I could do it for cheap since the pad is poured and the framing is done. We’d basically just to replace the walls and roof with different materials
